Returns & warranty policy
We stand behind the quality of every USA-made part and repair we deliver. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please review the policy below and contact us to start a return.
30-day returns
Most new, unused parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
Warranty
Our replacement parts and repair services carry a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered part fails, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Contact us for the warranty term that applies to your specific part or repair.
How to start a return (RMA)
- Contact our team at 1-855-291-6701 or customerservice@elitebiomedicalsolutions.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Non-returnable items
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order parts.
- Items returned without an RMA number or after the 30-day window.
- Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Once we receive your item, inspection and refund processing typically take 3–5 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a warranty claim.
